Closed steel profiles of 80mm of width and 2mm of thickness are used during the manufacturing of DOOR JAMB. Standard supplied doors contain the jamb that is insulated with polystyrene foam.
THE DOOR LEAF is also made of closed steel profiles of 40mm of width and 2mm of thickness. The leaf is reinforced with two horizontally and vertically welded steel profiles. These profiles prevent the door from deformation and ensure its durability. The exterior side of the door is covered with the steel sheet of 2 mm of thickness and inside with the steel sheet of 1.5mm.
THE DOOR LEAF IS INSULATED with polystyrene foam of 2cm of thickness. In order to ensure good soundproofing and thermal properties of the door two layers of the polystyrene foam are applied.
The glass package of three layers of 4 mm of thickness glass is produced for GLAZING (36 mm of thickness). The Standard product is supplied with the mounted clear or 40% brownish glass package. Also the glass shapes and patterns can be selected from our catalogue of carvings.
In order to ensure especially effortless lacing Italian DOOR HINGES of 20mm of diameter with journal-bearings are used. The product can be supplied with additional chromium-plated covers for hinges.
It can be primed and painted with any colour of your choice (you can choose them from RAL list of colours). Even the most demanding customer will be able to choose any desirable colour.
The LOCKS are supplied in accordance with the client‘s wishes and requests. We use only the locks of famous manufacturers, e.g. "MOTTURA", "DORMA", "EVVA" and other.
