The door that will protect, decorate the exterior, and save energyThis is the door that is highly energy-efficient (class A) and safe, made from a wood and metal construction set with moisture-resistant UMIDAX or timber Okoume boards. The door is suitable for exploitation in the environment with significant temperature difference (in private homes, cottages, and special facilities where the door directly reacts with a room temperature). Thermal conductivity rate of this door is U 0.78 [W / (m² · K)]. This door will help you avoid any condensation problems so often encountered by other manufacturers of exterior doors. Our unique technology is designed to avoid these problems.
THE DOOR JAMB is made of closed steel profiles (2mm thick and 100mm wide) that connect with the wooden construction. The profiles are L-shaped and allow for door sealing with triple gasket between the jamb and the leaf.
THE DOOR LEAF is also made of 2mm thick closed steel profiles that connect with the wooden construction of the door (the leaf thickness is 85 mm). The exterior side of the door is covered with a 1.5 mm thick steel sheet.
During the first stage, special two component foam is used for THE DOOR LEAF INSULATION. This foam expands between the closed steel profiles of the door leaf. During the second stage, three layers of 2 cm thick thermal rock-wool are applied to the door to preserve good soundproofing and thermal properties of the door.
For GLAZING, a glass package of three layers of 4 or 6 mm thick glass is produced (the glass package is 54 mm thick). The standard product is supplied with the mounted clear or 40% brownish glass package. The glass shapes and patterns can be also selected from our catalogue of carvings.
2 HINGE GUARD STOPPERS will prevent a forceful breaking in of the door in the case of the hinges becoming removed.
In order to ensure effortless lacing, Italian DOOR HINGES of 20mm of diameter with journal-bearings are used. This particular product is supplied with 3 hinges in order to prevent the door from settlement.
THE CLADDING PANEL UMIDAX (applied in all our standard exterior doors) is a moisture-resistant wood fibre board that can be primed and painted with any colour of your choice (selected from RAL list of colours). Wide variety of available colours and patterns will satisfy even the most demanding customers’ requests and wishes.
THE CLADDING PANEL OKOUME is one of the most expensive and highest quality boards in the market. It is made of Okoume peel (from the tree grows in Africa and is used in the manufacture of ships). The bottom side of the board is made of the same tree but processed differently. The middle layer of the board is also made from Okoume timber. However, depending on the board thickness, its middle part can have one or three layers. Intermediate layers of the board are made of the softer timber of mahogany (redwood). The polish of four colours is applied on the board. This way, the armoured door will look the same as the door made of solid wood.
The LOCKS are supplied in accordance with the client’s wishes and requests. We only use the locks of famous manufacturers, e.g. “MOTTURA”, “DORMA”, “EVVA”, etc.
In order to ensure the maximum thermal insulation of the door, the clients are advised to avoid mounting of safe locks (the insulation of the body of safe locks inside the door leaf is impossible, therefore cold penetrates through the lock).

Industrial, Commercial, MetalThis is the armoured door that contains additional thermo-insulation set and moisture-resistant UMIDAX boards. This door is designed for the outdoor exploitation. It is suitable in the environment with significant temperature difference (in private homes, cottages where the door directly reacts with a room temperature). Thermal conductivity rate of this door is 1,2 W/m2K, it is the same as the conductivity rate of the plastic window. You should choose this door in order to avoid condensation problems encountered by other manufacturers of the armoured doors. Our unique technology is designed to avoid these problems.
THE DOOR JAMB is made of closed steel profiles of 80mm of width and 2mm of thickness. The folded L-shaped profile is used for the welding of the door threshold. This technological process allows door sealing with double gasket (outside and inside). The standard supplied jambs are insulated with polystyrene foam.
THE DOOR LEAF is also made of closed steel profiles of 40mm of width and 2mm of thickness. In order to prevent the door against deformation and to ensure its durability the leaf is reinforced with two horizontally welded steel profiles. The exterior side of the door is covered with the steel sheet of 1,5 mm of thickness.

During the second stage special thermal insulating film is glued together with the aluminium foil. The latter covers the whole metal part of the internal side of the door leaf. The glass package of three layers of 4 mm of thickness glass is produced for GLAZING (36 mm of thickness). The standard product is supplied with the mounted clear or 40% brownish glass package. Also the glass shapes and patterns can be selected from our catalogue of carvings.
In order to ensure especially effortless lacing Italian DOOR HINGES of 20mm of diameter with journal-bearings are used. The product can be supplied with additional chromium-plated covers for hinges.
